Hi I recently got an Axolotl about a week ago (we cycled the tank for about a month and tested to make sure it was fully cycled). I just wanted to show you guys a picture of him and make sure there’s nothing wrong with him because I’m very new at this. His tank is abour 66-67° and we feed him about 2 centimeters of earthworms a day. My main fair is that his gills are falling off.

Almost always gills get burned by amonia and/or nitrite. Check your water levels.

Wait, his gills are falling off already? Yeah, that's an ammonia issue. Do you have a API Fresh Water Master Test kit? They're great for identifying issues. Those photos, how recent are they? Do you have a recent one, to show the damage to his gills?

Definitely sounds water quality related. What are your water parameters? Ammonia, Nitrites, Nitrates, pH ect. What size tank is it? What kind of water conditioner are you using?
