I would like to know the best pellet to feed a Chinese firebelly, I'm talking best nutrition and ingredients, easy to digest, and possible color enhancer.

Anything specifically formulated for amphibians should be fine. There are quite a few different brands available these days. They're mostly intended for Axolotls or aquatic frogs, but they are perfect for aquatic newts as well if they'll eat them. My newts don't seem interested in pellets, but my Axolotls were fed a diet based on sinking salmon pellets without any issues at all.
I can't recommend any specific brand but price is normally a good indicator of quality, just steer clear of the cheap freeze dried stuff that's intended for fish or turtles, its nutritional value is normally pretty poor and newts struggle to digest most of the stuff that's in there. If you keep an eye on the classified section of the forum there are a few members who regularly sell good quality salmon pellets.

with axolotls would I basically have to keep buying and buying new axolotls to prevent inbred breeding which costs a lot of money??

Not necessarily but if you’re wanting to continue to grow your breeding capacity then yes. Breeding axolotls isn’t a cheap hobby nor is it a get rich quick scheme. It costs a lot of money and time and deditcation

Would Chinese fire belly newts be more or less inclined towards an aquatic eft set up versus Japanese . I'm raising them and have abandoned the terrarium at about 5 months old and switched to the aquatic setups you describe. I'm wondering if I could do this as soon as they morph?
