I want to introduce my axie to his newly cycled tank. He has been put in fresh water everyday. How should I introduce him into the cycled tank. I assume tossing him in to cycled water would shock him so maybe like 25% cycled and 75% fresh water. Next day 50-50 then next day 75-25 and then all cycled? or should it be more gradual then that?

Do a fairly large water change in the cycled tank, then put him in. As long as you bring down the nitrates fairly low (under 10 or so), the adjustment should be minimal.
