My axolotl has really short gills, and some redness around her tail and toes. She's bee in this condition for a while, despite water changes and a cycled tank. I'm wondering if this is just her natural state or if she's sick? Water parameters are normal and the temperature is around 69-70 degrees. I'll attach some pictures, I just really want to help her be healthy.

Looks like poor water quality to me. The temperature is on the high side too, ideally it should be 16-18 degrees Celsius (62 Fahrenheit).

Can you post the actual test result for ammonia, nitrite, nitrAte, and PH?
