Tail scrape?

Hi!
My lotl was hiding in kind of a tight spot today and I scared him as I walked by, causing him to freak out a little. In his struggle to get out of his hiding place, it looks like he scraped the top of the fin on his tail! It's just kind of red, almost like it's bleeding, but it's all there, it didn't tear or anything.
Other than that he looks okay, if a little spooked.

I know lotls can heal themselves up pretty nicely but this kind of thing scares me easily, is there anything I should be doing to make sure it doesn't get worse?
thanks!

Nope. Over time the tail should heal.
