Hi all,
I have what I think is a tiger salamander. He became a part of my household when my mom unwittingly ran him over with the lawnmower and cut off his leg. At first he was very slow moving, shy, and refused food for a week, but he's perked up a lot. He responds quickly when I knock on the enclosure to let him know I'm coming and eagerly receives worms. He even took to the terrarium pretty much immediately when I upgraded him from a plastic bin.
Anyway, my question is whether there's something I should be doing to assist in the healthy regrowth of his arm.
Thanks!
