im am looking to put together a breeding group of painted Mantellas asextreamly few CB individuals are availible. i am looking for importers(who sell to hobbiests) and retail buisnesses that take pride in the care they provide their imported animals. i know there are lots of buisness out to make a quick buck and arent interested in the proper care for the animals. so who are the good guys out there. i realize WC animals are always a <font color="ff0000">&#149;</font><font color="ff0000">&#149;</font><font color="ff0000">&#149;</font><font color="ff0000">&#149;</font> shoot but i want to try and get a breeding colony started. you can email me if yah want to keep your opinions private. im just looking for getting the best animals possible since i cant cherry pick my own at a reptile shows or pet shops

    with axolotls would I basically have to keep buying and buying new axolotls to prevent inbred breeding which costs a lot of money??

    Not necessarily but if you’re wanting to continue to grow your breeding capacity then yes. Breeding axolotls isn’t a cheap hobby nor is it a get rich quick scheme. It costs a lot of money and time and deditcation

    Would Chinese fire belly newts be more or less inclined towards an aquatic eft set up versus Japanese . I'm raising them and have abandoned the terrarium at about 5 months old and switched to the aquatic setups you describe. I'm wondering if I could do this as soon as they morph?
