Butterworms

Anybody use butterworms? They any good for newts and sallies? How much do you pay for them? Here they sell for $1 a piece and I'm curious if that's alot or a little.

They are similar in size to waxworms, but nutritionally they are better (more calcium, less fat). $1 each seems expensive. They sell online for $.15 each plus shipping (bestbait.com). I have bought them only once, my mandarin newts liked them.

Thanks for your input. I'm searching for a better Canadian supplier then (at 15 cents USD that's still much cheaper then the $1 Canadian).
