Hello all,
I have been posting recently for info as I am raising T. shanjing larvae at this time.
In the last week, the tap water has been high in ammonia and although I use a filtration system it does not remove any of the concentration.
Does anyone know if any of the water conditioners that bind with Ammonia are safe to be used with larvae (such as Kent Ammonia Detox which also removes chlorine and chloramines) or adding a piece of this filter (http://www0.shopping.com/xPF-Hagen_Hagen_500_Ammonia_Rid_3_Filter) at the top of my filtration system. the filtration system I use is http://www.marinedepot.com/aquarium_reverse-osmosis_aquarium_pharmaceuticals.asp?CartId= I would really like to come up with a safe solution to the problem as quickly as possible.
Thank you in advance.
Rachel
