Need help/info!!!!prego salamander!!!!

hey...
i have a spotted salamander and i think she is prego. she eats freakishly and she has gottten fat and 1 of the pther salamders will not leave her side. prego or not??? how long are they prego for?? i need some info...feel free to email me please!! xobluehillbabygirlox@yahoo.com thank you!!!

Spotted salamanders do not breed in captivity, not to mention it is not breeding season (which is in late winter/early spring). It's probably just obese. Don't feed it as much.

    Not necessarily but if you’re wanting to continue to grow your breeding capacity then yes. Breeding axolotls isn’t a cheap hobby nor is it a get rich quick scheme. It costs a lot of money and time and deditcation

    Would Chinese fire belly newts be more or less inclined towards an aquatic eft set up versus Japanese . I'm raising them and have abandoned the terrarium at about 5 months old and switched to the aquatic setups you describe. I'm wondering if I could do this as soon as they morph?
