Tiger will only eat crickets

Is this a good enough diet if I continue to dust the crickets with calcium and vit D? My salamander is not interested in earthworms, mealworms, or pill bugs. Thanks for any advice! This is the last salamander of the batch that my parents brought me from a Nebraska bait shop, and I am really wanting him to live, so I'm trying to do everything correctly.
 
Did you give him earthworms or redworms? They look virtually the same, but I've found that my sals will not eat redworms.

Yeah, they are earthworms---wonder how strong a tiger's sense of smell is, can they smell the difference in foods?
