How many Tigers are acceptable in a ten gallon? I have one in there now but am thinking about getting him/her a buddy, would that be pushing it?

Thanks,

Aaron

Hey, Colorado! Howdy. I have onced had two tigers in a 10 gallon, and had no problems, but then one day I got them a 20 gallon, which isn't too expensive, and they were a lot happier, Good luck! Stay in contact.

I bought him/her from a local pet store, but i rarely see them for sale. I was wondering where I would pick up a second, do you have any ideas?

Yeah, they are easy to find, but you just have to be around at the right time, becuase they get a bunch in at one time. There is a place in northglen called scales N tails, and when they have some in, I could email you. Sound like a plan?

Yeah, they get them in like "seasonaly" I guess, okay well I'll let you know.

with axolotls would I basically have to keep buying and buying new axolotls to prevent inbred breeding which costs a lot of money??

Not necessarily but if you’re wanting to continue to grow your breeding capacity then yes. Breeding axolotls isn’t a cheap hobby nor is it a get rich quick scheme. It costs a lot of money and time and deditcation

Would Chinese fire belly newts be more or less inclined towards an aquatic eft set up versus Japanese . I'm raising them and have abandoned the terrarium at about 5 months old and switched to the aquatic setups you describe. I'm wondering if I could do this as soon as they morph?
