My golden axie is floating at the top of the tank. I've noticed half of each gill is transparent. There doesn't seem to be any golden color or blood flow to the upper half. The portion near the head is red and healthy. The gills seem to be 'dieing' off and she seems to be at the top of the tank to gulp air. Any ideas what on earth is causing her gills to 'die' off? The water quality is fine and she is housed with 4 other axies. The temp is at 65.
Please respond! I'm worried she may not have long.

If your water parameters are fine, only thing I can think of is to put her in fridge in a container of dechlorinated water - lower it so she doesn't float. Colder water has more oxygen and it may help. How old is your golden?
