Hi everyone,

I've captured a small movie of the filter output of my filter, could you guys comment if it's too strong or not? There is a 'grill' in front of it that blocks a lot of the strenght of the output, but still...

I have just read the manual and it says i could also leave the ouput pipe off, which would reduce the waterflow even more if neccesary.

now, while thats loading ill suggest ways people buffer their flow lol. some people get those pill bottles, drill holes in it and attatch it with a rubber band over the outlet, so the neck is over the outlet pipe. some people aim the filter at the front glass so its not blowing down the length of the tank. now yours doesnt look too bad actually, sorta hard to judge though. how many lph does it do and whats the tank size? do your axies get blowed around when theyre half way down the tank?

Hi Sharn,

Thanks for the reply. I've removed the outlet pipe, which normally leads from the bottom of the filter all the way up, so now there is almost no waterflow anymore, just the water flowing out of the top of the filter system

I've also reduced the bright lighting by using the same technique described in this post:
