Hi All----I just wanted to let you know about my experience purchasing in the US. I bought my first axo from Niles Biological. Axl Bubba arrived in good health and is thriving.
I recently purchased Forrest from Ward's Scientific. He looked healthy when he arrived, but fungus appeared the next day. I did salt baths and refrigeration, but he only lived 4 days.
I received my replacement axo from Ward's today. It was dead on arrival. Upon inspection, I noticed that it was covered with fungus. I have contacted the company again and asked for a refund. I asked them to treat the remaining axo's, but I doubt they will. WHY they would send them out in such poor condition, I have no idea.
Just thought you might like some feedback.
