hi
just thought you might like to see my axies, in their new set up.
the tank is a 4 foot by 1 foot by 1.5 foot tank.
in it are 3 axolotls.
2 wild type axies(1 male-Axl, and 1 female-grace)
1 leucistic female- lottie
i rescued lottie from a pets at home shop, where they were advertising her as a community fish, ideal for all tropical or coldwater community tanks!!
my set up is brand new(set up tonight)
it will shorty have sand as a substrate.
it has some plastic tubes, lots of plants, and it will also have papyrus growing out of it, so that there will be loads of reeds in there for them to play, and hopefully attach their eggs.
what do you think??
