Yeah it did look big and fluffy earlier but now it jst looks like a spot or something

If it is fluffy its probably fungus and bits have fallen off, the best treatment is saltbaths done twice a day.

2-3 teaspoons of salt per litre of dechlorinated water
Bathe for 10-15minutes maximum

Continue salt baths until at least 5-7 days after fungus has disappeared.

Should be, depending on the type. With the saltbath, axolotl tend to recover quickly.

Try mixing a drop of pure aloe oil in a cup of tankwater, and slowly adding it. It will encourage her slime coat to regenerate and recover after the baths.

Make sure it is PURE, not this scent oils stuff.
