Unknown illness on Albino ACF

Sorry I can't read the descriptions but if the pictures are accurate then it is possibly a septicemia (which could be red leg). If it is red leg, then it is possible for the survivial to be measured in hours without immediate medical care.
However I can thing of at least one other possibility, is there an aquarium heater in the tank that the frog can contact or rest on?

IMO the symmetry of the red areas is speaking against heaters.
