hi, im new and realy im here for answers to my many questions about axolotls. im looking into buying some and want to make sure i have my i's dotted and my t's crossed. well just wanted to make that known and to wish you all a god day! :lick:

:rolleyes: I`m also new here.. i`v had my axi`s for a week now and the folkes here are most helpful.
I haven`t had to ask many questions, as i have read through the threads and this has given me numerous good tips and ideas.. :D

    Not necessarily but if you’re wanting to continue to grow your breeding capacity then yes. Breeding axolotls isn’t a cheap hobby nor is it a get rich quick scheme. It costs a lot of money and time and deditcation

    Would Chinese fire belly newts be more or less inclined towards an aquatic eft set up versus Japanese . I'm raising them and have abandoned the terrarium at about 5 months old and switched to the aquatic setups you describe. I'm wondering if I could do this as soon as they morph?
