Heya
I have a 10 gallon tank- the water level is pretty high (id say around 3/4s?),so i'd say there is probably around 7 (?) gallons of actual water. I have 2 smallish firebelly newts, probably around 2 inches each- if that. There seems to be a lot of room in the tank and I was wondering if it would be ok to house 2 cherry shrimp with them. I've read that it's ok to house them with shrimp in the FAQ, but I was just wondering if my aquarium capacity is enough. The shrimp are relatively small, around 1/2 inch. Does anyone think I should try to forget the idea, or had any experiences housing similar animals?
many thanks
