Hi
I am Neil and am new to the Group. I live in Malaysia and have just got a couple of Tylototriton "shanjing". Its been nearly 5 days and they have not fed. It is hot here as in the rest of the year (ambient over 35C) and I keep them in a room at 22-23C, 30%land, 70% water. Humidity is over 80%. A friend tells me they should be hibernating in their natural habitat in China, and suggested I lower the temperature further. Any suggestions? In the pet shop from where they originated, they were being fed on mealworms. I offered them frozen bloodworms (chironomid larvae).
Thanks for any suggestions!
