Help Please Axalotl - Can They Eat Composting Worms?

Hello everyone I was wondering if you can help me at all. I was considering purchasing a composting bin and some composting worms. I was wondering if these would be fit to feed to my three little Axies can anyone help please?

They are certainly "fit" to feed your axolotls (nutritious and non-harmful). As long as you serve the worms whole (not cut), most axolotls will accept them. Some may refuse them due to the funky smell that compost worms have. If you can get Euro nightcrawlers (Dendobaena) instead of Eisenia fetida worms, these do well at compost and are less smelly.

    Not necessarily but if you’re wanting to continue to grow your breeding capacity then yes. Breeding axolotls isn’t a cheap hobby nor is it a get rich quick scheme. It costs a lot of money and time and deditcation

    Would Chinese fire belly newts be more or less inclined towards an aquatic eft set up versus Japanese . I'm raising them and have abandoned the terrarium at about 5 months old and switched to the aquatic setups you describe. I'm wondering if I could do this as soon as they morph?
