And you put it in the completely wrong language. Please comply to the forum rules and write in proper English including capitals, punctuation etc. You already received an infraction for consistently lazy English.

Hannie why does your axolotl have a hole in its neck? Do you mean the opening behind its gills?

Hello

A photo would be useful and as blue said is it the gill slits if so I think it wouldn't be harmful but I may be incorrect and hopfully someone with more experiance will confirm the correct answer.

Axolotls retain a gill slit, which is... a hole in the neck, behind the gills. While unsightly, it's not dangerous to have worms come out of this hole.

with axolotls would I basically have to keep buying and buying new axolotls to prevent inbred breeding which costs a lot of money??

Not necessarily but if you’re wanting to continue to grow your breeding capacity then yes. Breeding axolotls isn’t a cheap hobby nor is it a get rich quick scheme. It costs a lot of money and time and deditcation

Would Chinese fire belly newts be more or less inclined towards an aquatic eft set up versus Japanese . I'm raising them and have abandoned the terrarium at about 5 months old and switched to the aquatic setups you describe. I'm wondering if I could do this as soon as they morph?
