Pregnant marbled salamander?

I recently found a salamander lodged between my screen and door at my home.
It was pretty dry, so I took it inside and made a little temporary habitat for it, and gave it some water.

I looked it up and discovered its a marbled salamander, and i'm thinking it's female because it is more silvery than white. The thing is, around her cloaca (I guess thats what it is?) it is kind of swollen, and there is stuff there... it's kind of sticky to the touch and seemingly white, but I don't want to freak her out so I haven't gotten a good enough look to tell what it is.

What are the symptoms of pregnancy in salamanders?
Sorry if that sounds stupid, but I'm worried that she might be injured?

Unless you're planning to keep it, I'd just bring it back out in the woods. What kind of stuff is in there?

I think symptoms that she's about to lay eggs would be if she was big and fat. If she's about to lay, I'd put her back out in the woods asap, unless like I said, you're planning to keep her.
