Hi Skuzzy,
Eva is absolutely right. Your axie appears to have a bacterial infection and would require proper diagnostic work up and antibioitic treatment from your herp vet.
The only two things i would like to mention is that firstly if you have any other axies in the tank, please isolate your sick axie from the rest to prevent spread of diseases.
Secondly, do NOT touch the axie with your bare hands. Some bacterial infections on axies are zoonotic, meaning they can cross over to affect humans. With lumpy skin conditions, mycobacteria infection is always on my mind. They are extremely nasty, hard to treat, can exist in carrier states and worst of all zoonotic.
Also remember to wash your hands with soap and water after handling your tank. (sorry to sound naggy)
