devaney, most of these people dont live in ny, and those who do prob dont know about central ave. i think what the beat thing to do is to ask what the best pet stores to buy a newt is. most of the pet stores dont keep their newts in d=sanitary sonditions, so expect disease.

Were is the nearest place I can get bloodworms for newts . Mostly around Centrel Ave .

Stating that you live in New York city really would've helped you. This is an international forum and there are quite a few "Central Avenues."

Try pet stores in your area that specialize in fish, most likely they will have either blackworms or bloodworms.

And also, try not to post so many small threads with simple questions. Try and converge them into one next time.

Young mon, this is the 3rd time you have posted this unanswerable question. After the first two, I sent you a private message to explain why this is not a sensible question to ask on this forum. Disregarding warnings from moderators will get you in hot water here. Please check your PMs.

with axolotls would I basically have to keep buying and buying new axolotls to prevent inbred breeding which costs a lot of money??

Not necessarily but if you’re wanting to continue to grow your breeding capacity then yes. Breeding axolotls isn’t a cheap hobby nor is it a get rich quick scheme. It costs a lot of money and time and deditcation

Would Chinese fire belly newts be more or less inclined towards an aquatic eft set up versus Japanese . I'm raising them and have abandoned the terrarium at about 5 months old and switched to the aquatic setups you describe. I'm wondering if I could do this as soon as they morph?
