Ok, I have been in the chat everyday now for at least 30 min. And two of the nights a user called a Newtbot was in the chat. Other users said it was a spambot. Is it a spam bot? If so is it dangerous? Or is it just something someone can release into the chat. I wont give names but others who were there can add to this.
Also the server has been quite busy lately and sometimes when I want to go on to Caudata.org it says the server is too busy and to wait. I understand new software just got installed but it did it today for a while too. Is this a temporary thing? Sorry for all the questions but thought these thing should be brought to attention.

The NewtBot is gone.

I have also received a comment by e-mail from someone else who has been getting the "server busy" message. I haven't had that problem, but the forum does seem a bit slower in general.

I cannot comment on the Newtbot but I have definitely seen some pretty nasty...

"The server is too busy at the moment. Please try again later."

This has been happening for the last couple of days and seems to be getting worse.

After writing out a long pm and going to send it I got the message that the server was busy and I should try later. I tried later and it worked fine.

Hopefully their are just some bugs (maybe use the bugs for salamander food) that will be worked out.

with axolotls would I basically have to keep buying and buying new axolotls to prevent inbred breeding which costs a lot of money??

Not necessarily but if you’re wanting to continue to grow your breeding capacity then yes. Breeding axolotls isn’t a cheap hobby nor is it a get rich quick scheme. It costs a lot of money and time and deditcation

Would Chinese fire belly newts be more or less inclined towards an aquatic eft set up versus Japanese . I'm raising them and have abandoned the terrarium at about 5 months old and switched to the aquatic setups you describe. I'm wondering if I could do this as soon as they morph?
