Did you see the episode of Fringe where Olivia drinks a container of chopped blackworms? Ick!

Blackworms are supposed to have genetic memory. Olivia drinks them to restore her memory. It was kind of gross looking.

they also use meal worms for everything on that show oh japanese hookworms see... (meal worms...)

it really cracks me up!:D

I can't say I know what Fringe is or Oh Japanese.
I guess that's what happens when you live on an island in the Pacific D=

Basically it's a si fi tv show about 2 parallel words. It reminds me a little of the x files. It looks like the one world has fallen into bad shape and they are planning to invade our world. One of the heros, Walter Bishop, has played a part in most of the problems he is trying to correct. When his son died he developed a door to the parallel world and brought his sons double back. I don't think his son realizes Walter did this. Don't tell him.

No Walter did not tell his son that he is a stolen double. I love that show.

I love Fringe :D..........but in Germany we have just seen the first season. We have to wait for the continuation till fall. :uhoh:

I never heard of the show, but I did accidentally ingest a blackworm or two recently when I was siphoning.....eeeeeew, but I've been doing my best to forget it.

Nothing like drinking Salamander water Even better with some blackworms for texture.
I'm sure I have injested 2 gallons of tank water in my lifetime.. I'm happy I havn't gotten that brain eating Ameba yet.

with axolotls would I basically have to keep buying and buying new axolotls to prevent inbred breeding which costs a lot of money??

Not necessarily but if you’re wanting to continue to grow your breeding capacity then yes. Breeding axolotls isn’t a cheap hobby nor is it a get rich quick scheme. It costs a lot of money and time and deditcation

Would Chinese fire belly newts be more or less inclined towards an aquatic eft set up versus Japanese . I'm raising them and have abandoned the terrarium at about 5 months old and switched to the aquatic setups you describe. I'm wondering if I could do this as soon as they morph?
