Axolotl on its way a few questions

Im just wondering about how much to feed them because i'm probably going to get salmon pellets. also whats the best temp range an axolotl. also whats the best way to harden my water

Let the axolotls tell you how much to feed them, they'll eat until they don't want anymore. Just make sure their belly doesn't get wider than their head to prevent obesity.

A temperature range of 60-64F is ideal for this species.

thanks for the info whats a good way to get the tank cooler i bought a screen and i'm goin to cut it to fit the filter. but what else is a good way to get more heat out.
