Hi Everyone just a quick question about the size of tank needed for housing an axolotl.
I have a 70 litre tank that i thought would be suitable but am now unsure. I hope it is big enough for one axolotl as i have started to cycle the tank now and would be a shame to have wasted a week :(. any help is appreciated many thanks

It´s fine. A 70l should accomodate a single axolotl quite comfortably. Some will say it can handle two axolotls...but i personally find that it´s desirable to avoid crowding any caudate.

Thanks for the quick reply azhael. Glad i did'nt lose a week. I am just sticking with one axolotl think any animal should have room to themselves. Just have another 3 weeks till I get my axie can't wait
