I have 6 feeder fish in a small plastic tank what are the odds they will breed. I would really like to breed them can anyone help

What kind of fish are they? We can't tell you how to go about breeding them otherwise.......

I don't no what type at the pet store they were just called feeder fish I wil try to uplod some pics of them tomorrow.

There are many types of "feeder fish". If they are feeder goldfish, do NOT want to feed these to your axolotls, as they can be infested with bacteria and could easily make your axolotls ill. You need to identify what type of fish they are before even considering feeding them to your axies. (Call the pet store and ask).

with axolotls would I basically have to keep buying and buying new axolotls to prevent inbred breeding which costs a lot of money??

Not necessarily but if you’re wanting to continue to grow your breeding capacity then yes. Breeding axolotls isn’t a cheap hobby nor is it a get rich quick scheme. It costs a lot of money and time and deditcation

Would Chinese fire belly newts be more or less inclined towards an aquatic eft set up versus Japanese . I'm raising them and have abandoned the terrarium at about 5 months old and switched to the aquatic setups you describe. I'm wondering if I could do this as soon as they morph?
