Firebelly newt egg fallen off plant

One of the eggs from my chinese firebelly newts has fallen off the plastic plant it was attached to. The larvae inside is well developed, and I suspect moving, since the posiiton of the egg seems to change sometimes. The eggs are currently in a seperate tank to the parents. Is the baby newt likely to be able to hatch, or will he now be stuck in the egg? My worry is that they larvae need the eggs to be stuck down so they have something to wriggle against when hatching - if the whole egg can move with him, will he get out? If he is likely to be stuck, is there anything I can do to help? The egg itself looks healthy, no signs of mould, and as I mentioned it seems to move so I'm quite sure the larvae is alive inside it. Not sure why it fell off the plant, it was hanging like an apple on the end of a leaf for a few days before it.

It should be fine. I wouldn't worry since the egg is in tact and not causing the larvae to hatch prematurely. I think I had a similar question when my eggs were in full swing a year ago and one of the experts here said there would be no problem.
