Well, I am an Axolotl owner.
As of now I have 4 GFP Axolotls and am looking to expand my numbers for breeding.
I know at this point I have at least on male and one female, the others are a little too small to figure out what they are. I have bred Axolotls in the past and am looking forward to doing it again.
I hope to learn more form the experience people have in this community.

That's about it :)

hi and welcome..you have come to the right place to learn.....the people on here are very very helpful.......make sure you post some pictures of your axie.

Welcome aboard and I hope your breeding project takes off. Later, Dano

with axolotls would I basically have to keep buying and buying new axolotls to prevent inbred breeding which costs a lot of money??

Not necessarily but if you’re wanting to continue to grow your breeding capacity then yes. Breeding axolotls isn’t a cheap hobby nor is it a get rich quick scheme. It costs a lot of money and time and deditcation

Would Chinese fire belly newts be more or less inclined towards an aquatic eft set up versus Japanese . I'm raising them and have abandoned the terrarium at about 5 months old and switched to the aquatic setups you describe. I'm wondering if I could do this as soon as they morph?
