I have not perused or posted on caudata.org in some time, and have been amazed by this great new site! The new look is terrific! I have been awed by the members photos of thier animals and habitat enclosures.
After unsuccessfully raising axolotl eggs three times (I really tried! Had a good feeding system going,or so I thought!), and losing my T. Grans of three years, I have never found any in my region for sale. I would like to start preparing a tank and more avidly searching for a pair of T. Grans now that Fall is here, and shipping is a feasible option. So, here I am! Happy to be back! Very impressed and inspired!
One question-During my new exploring...I have seen a green axolotl...."Minty" .......that's new to me! Very interesting...
Cheers!
P.S. If anyone in southwestern Ontario can read this, point me in the direction of some Taricha Granulosa!!
