Here is my clever girl taking pellets from me (well my tweezers) she is by far the keenest and took 4 in a row (my little piggy). Love watching her swim to the top :D

Not posted a video yet so not sure if this will work ummmm

You just need to train her to do loop-the-loops now ;)

Very sweet, even though I have axies of my own, I can still very happily spend ages watching other peoples axie videos!

Love it, and completely off topic I love the noise in the background. It reminds me of the noise of the old Super 8 / cine film projector my dad used to show of our holidays when I was a kid.

with axolotls would I basically have to keep buying and buying new axolotls to prevent inbred breeding which costs a lot of money??

Not necessarily but if you’re wanting to continue to grow your breeding capacity then yes. Breeding axolotls isn’t a cheap hobby nor is it a get rich quick scheme. It costs a lot of money and time and deditcation

Would Chinese fire belly newts be more or less inclined towards an aquatic eft set up versus Japanese . I'm raising them and have abandoned the terrarium at about 5 months old and switched to the aquatic setups you describe. I'm wondering if I could do this as soon as they morph?
