What is this?!

I spotted this guy in my Chinese fire bellied newts' tank. and i haven't a clue what it is or where it would come from.
i've fished two of these guys out about 2 months ago.. but how have the got into my tank as i take my newts out and put them into a separate feeding tank!
:confused: any help is much appreciated! thanks guys!

p.s sorry that the photo's aren't great as i took them on my phone!

Those are dragonfly larvae. It´s likely that they arrived as eggs inside plants.
