Axolotl and yellow bump on paw

My oldest Axolotl has some sort of disease I guess..
Today I discoverd some sort of yellow spot on his right front paw..
It looks much like a small bump or pimple and I don't know what it means.
He also has something on his cute little mouth but it doesn't look like it's attached to it but I can't get it off.. It's really frustrating..
The local animal docter doesn't even know what an axolotl is, so, he can't help me -_-'
I've added a picture and I hope you can see it clearly enough..!

Does anybody know what I can do, 'cause I can't sit around and do nothing..
I don't want her to die..

Does it look like there's fluid in it? Like little blisters?
Oh and just wondering: is that a heater I see in the tank?

I've had the same experience with my local vet. "Axowhat? What kind of animal is THAT?"

    with axolotls would I basically have to keep buying and buying new axolotls to prevent inbred breeding which costs a lot of money??

    Not necessarily but if you’re wanting to continue to grow your breeding capacity then yes. Breeding axolotls isn’t a cheap hobby nor is it a get rich quick scheme. It costs a lot of money and time and deditcation

    Would Chinese fire belly newts be more or less inclined towards an aquatic eft set up versus Japanese . I'm raising them and have abandoned the terrarium at about 5 months old and switched to the aquatic setups you describe. I'm wondering if I could do this as soon as they morph?
