Im not sure if this is in the right catigory, or if its been posted somewhere, sorry if it has, really tired. But i bought PH / NH3 & NH4 testers, and my NH is good, but my PH is a little high i think. How do I lower it? and what are the recommended levels? All help is greatly appreciated! :p

Your NH? You mean NH3/NH4?
The best thing you can do about ph is not mess with it. How high is your ph? The ideal ph is 7, but what really matters is stability in the ph, not the actual number. As long as it's not crazy high, or crazy low, I would advise you to leave it be. Especially when it's lowering ph which is trickier than raising it. Messing with your ph can cause it to swing(don't use chemicals), and this fluctuation in ph is actually far worse for axolotls than a stable ph that is off a little.

i think its about 7.5 and yes i meant NH3/NH4

Axolotls are highly tolerant of pH and are comfortable within the range 6.5-8.0. They prefer the high end of the scale, so pH 7.6 is just about perfect for them.

Daily partial water changes is the best way to dilute ammonia levels to acceptable levels for the axolotls while the tank is in the process of cycling. Both ammonia and nitrite are highly toxic, and should be kept below 1ppm if you are cycling with the axolotls.

with axolotls would I basically have to keep buying and buying new axolotls to prevent inbred breeding which costs a lot of money??

Not necessarily but if you’re wanting to continue to grow your breeding capacity then yes. Breeding axolotls isn’t a cheap hobby nor is it a get rich quick scheme. It costs a lot of money and time and deditcation

Would Chinese fire belly newts be more or less inclined towards an aquatic eft set up versus Japanese . I'm raising them and have abandoned the terrarium at about 5 months old and switched to the aquatic setups you describe. I'm wondering if I could do this as soon as they morph?
