Are Our Alaskan Members OK?

I just read about the huge storm that has hit the Alaskan northwest coast (Surge feared next after Alaska coast hit by winds - Weather - msnbc.com), and I know we have some members up there. Sounds like Nome has been hit pretty hard - Molch, you OK?

Molchy and all the newts and dogs are accounted for. I was actually in the chat last night until the net and power went out. I'm sure glad I boarded up my windows. The place shook like a pudding. I could see waves in my tanks. I bet the newts were wondering too.

in town some roofs and siding flew off, windows got busted and reportedly one old shack collapsed , and the beach with all its rocks and driftwood apparently sits on top of front street right now, where my work place is, which is closed today so I have a day off

The dogs decided they had to go pee at the height of the storm. It was probably gusting 70 mph right then. The big one (Pudden) made it back in on her own power, but the little one (Garp, neighbor's dog) kept being blown back behind the house, and Mama had to come out in her bathrobe and rescue him.
