Does P. waltl have TSD? If so, what temperatures produce males, and what temp for females?

Also, is there a minimum temp for successful development? My newt room was around 71-73 in the summer, but now that is cooling down outside I am letting it cool down so my Laotriton start laying eggs. My P. waltl have laid a lot of eggs in the past couple weeks, and the eggs/larvae will be developing at lower temperatures than the eggs laid in the spring and summer. Cooler water temp doesn't seem to be stopping the adult P. waltl from laying eggs.

Sorry, I should have clarified that. It is Temperature-dependent Sex Determination.
