Recommendation on small heaters

Looking for any recommendations on small heaters for a larvae rearing tank. Found a Chinese make on eBay of 25w it's for an approx 20 litre tank
Any ideas

Unless your tanks experience wild temperature variations or are kept too cold, you really don´t need a heater. Room temperature is perfectly adequate for most, if not all larvae.

I'm keeping T.verrucosus and was recommended to keep them at 22-24. Asking as I know the room temperature varies 18-20 degrees

Ah, one of the exceptions xD I´ve heard the 18-20ºC range is still acceptable, though.
You might find that choosing the location of the tank is sufficient to keep it in the desired range.
