My Sally survived thanks to you guys.I was at my wits end and your advice saved her.

Guess what?

I have another problem now.

The water in Sally's tank keeps going green.Should I just change the water daily?

Is the tank in direct sunlight, or lit ? Too much light may make the water green.

We are nearly into winter here and Sally's tank didn't green up through the summer where it is positioned. It does get light so maybe I should draw the curtains then.

Also the parts of her tank that is above the water level and the cover on top are getting lots of water droplets on them.

with axolotls would I basically have to keep buying and buying new axolotls to prevent inbred breeding which costs a lot of money??

Not necessarily but if you’re wanting to continue to grow your breeding capacity then yes. Breeding axolotls isn’t a cheap hobby nor is it a get rich quick scheme. It costs a lot of money and time and deditcation

Would Chinese fire belly newts be more or less inclined towards an aquatic eft set up versus Japanese . I'm raising them and have abandoned the terrarium at about 5 months old and switched to the aquatic setups you describe. I'm wondering if I could do this as soon as they morph?
