Herrera-B., Ileana R. Luque-Montes, Mayron McKewy-Mejía, Alionso Portillo-Avilez, Alexander L. Stubbs, & James D. Austin, 2012. A premontane hotspot for herpetological endemism on the windward side of Refugio de Vida Silvestre Texíguat, Honduras. Salamandra 48(2): 92-114.

This paper discusses distribution, taxonomy, and conservation status of the title location and some nearby localities. It is very well-illustrated and could almost act as a local field guide.

While the abstract only refers to two new bolitoglossines in the title location, details of the paper reveal that four undescribed species occur in the two surveyed areas, some of these having been identified previously:
Bolitoglossa (Magnadigita) cf. porrasorum RVS Texíguat
Bolitoglossa (Magnadigita) cf. porrasorum PN Pico Bonito
Nototriton cf. barbouri PN Pico Bonito [previously as Nototriton sp. B or N.barbouri]
Nototriton sp. RVS Texíguat [previously as Nototriton sp. B or N.barbouri]
