I have found some small styrofoam ice chests that seem to be the perfect size to move my guys tomorrow. The chests are labeled as containing "no CFC's" will they be safe to move my axolotls for about 2 hours tomorrow?

Styrofoam is usually used as an insulator for shipping axies, but the axies are not placed directly on the styrofoam, they are in another container such as a bag. I don't know whether direct contact is safe or not.

When I moved I found that the perfect moving container was actually a large round tupperware (like the large fruit salad bowls) - no corners for bumping, no leaks, sturdy, and comes in clear and solid colored which is useful for any skittish axies.

I used them when moving my stock of axolotls and large goldfish last year with success.
