Hi I have had my newts for approximately a year the temperature is between 18-21 degrees celcius. It is a large tank with a few inches of water plus some land. I have two large and one smaller newt however I came home today to see two females dead in the water, no marks or abnormal physical signs but the male was active. I changed the water and put the male back in, I have done everything I read up on now I feel like I haven't looked after them properly no idea what has happened. They have blood worm (sometimes live), brine shrimp, newt pellets and live larvae as a treat, 3-4 times a week. Anyone know what could have happened? btw they are fire bellied newts.
