Would it what?

You say your tank is 60L, and I'm assuming you don't fill the tank up all the way to the top so it would be closer to 50ishL.

The 70L recommendation would be for fish based tanks, not axolotls. Axolotls require less current flow than fish, so I would say that filter might be too powerful for axolotls.

Actually I do fill it right up to the top since its such a small tank and theres 5 axies in t. its all good now though I got ahold of a 4 foot tank today. it came with filter, gravel, stand, plants, rocks, everything I need wont be using gravel though so my axies will be sittin pretty
thanks for ur help

with axolotls would I basically have to keep buying and buying new axolotls to prevent inbred breeding which costs a lot of money??

Not necessarily but if you’re wanting to continue to grow your breeding capacity then yes. Breeding axolotls isn’t a cheap hobby nor is it a get rich quick scheme. It costs a lot of money and time and deditcation

Would Chinese fire belly newts be more or less inclined towards an aquatic eft set up versus Japanese . I'm raising them and have abandoned the terrarium at about 5 months old and switched to the aquatic setups you describe. I'm wondering if I could do this as soon as they morph?
