Illness/Sickness: Help, My Axy is getting sicker!

Hey guys
I am very new on here, but, I hope someone can help save my Axy (Jesus)
He jumped out of the tank on Friday morning, we found him a few hours later and put him back in. What I noticed is that he had a few bad scraps but nothing of concern. On Sunday night I noticed that he was barely moving, shying away from the light and now his scrape on his belly is getting bigger. I started to give him salt baths but the next day he was bleeding and had a fungus growth around it. I rang the animal hospital and spoke to the exotic animal expert. He suggested continuing the salt baths and trying the anti fungal drops.
i have started this now but he is looking so much worse. He hides all the time and won't move at all. His patch on his stomach looks bigger.
I don't want to lose him, I will do anything I can to help. He has never jumped out in the 5 years I have had him. I don't even know how old he is , he was forgotten in an old tank until I saved him,

Any suggestions will help

What anti fungal drops are you using?

Have you considered doing tea baths or adding indian almond leaves to the water?

Are you able to post pictures and let us know your water parameters ammonia, nitirate, nitrite, Ph and temperature?

Read the fridging guide Hun....I'd pop him in the fridge for a bit to help him de stress and stop the fungal spread.

I would avoid salt baths...if he was out of the water and you placed him back in, then fungus wouldnt have had time to form...and if he has scrapes the salt is going to be extremely uncomfortable...just place him in cool clean water and see how that works.

I would recommend stopping the salt baths immediately.

I agree, he would benefit from cool and clean water. Also if he's hiding away it's probably best to keep him in the dark for a while.

Hey everyone.
Just a quick update. Jesus is better today. The fungus has dropped away and his scab looks smaller. I put him in a container with a towel over it with the treatments in the water. I just hope he keeps improving. Thanks for all the advice.
