Hey im new here...got myself an axy ins eptember..he has grown rather well and fast..(my girl has been feeidn ghim entire frozen cubes of brin or bloodies since we got him XD...)..hes a GFP Melan....hope to get a girl to breed him with eventualy..

Have you tried feeding earthworms? If he's small they will need chopping up. But axies love them and they're the most nutritional food. They can't resist a little wriggler. :D

no i haven't tried earth worms...

also any advice on tanks for wild caught sallies?..how much of thier cage should be aquatic and how much terrestrial

That really depends on the species. Some are completely terrestrial and will drown, while others should be kept completely aquatic.
