Hello !

So, I will like to post a video of two of my axies.
I recorded this video yesterday when I was cleaning, I recorded on HD, so i guess is kind of nice to see.
(I am not sure if this thread goes here, please move it, if it doesnt).

Well, I hope you like it.

Video isn't working for me :/ whenever I click play it open a new video which doesn't load... although I'm not sure why it's opening a new window, since it embedded!

Works for me, but that looks more like a melanoid to me as opposed to a wild-type.

Cute! Makes me miss my wild type. I had to move across country and didn't want to risk him traveling, so I gave him to a friend who is taking great care of him.

Yours are adorable :)

with axolotls would I basically have to keep buying and buying new axolotls to prevent inbred breeding which costs a lot of money??

Not necessarily but if you’re wanting to continue to grow your breeding capacity then yes. Breeding axolotls isn’t a cheap hobby nor is it a get rich quick scheme. It costs a lot of money and time and deditcation

Would Chinese fire belly newts be more or less inclined towards an aquatic eft set up versus Japanese . I'm raising them and have abandoned the terrarium at about 5 months old and switched to the aquatic setups you describe. I'm wondering if I could do this as soon as they morph?
