I was feeding my axolotls earthworms yesterday and I noticed a particularly weird worm that attached itself to the feeding container and would not let go no Matter how hard I pulled it off with tweezers. Eventually I gave up and got the scissors to cut it. Before I could do so, it had climbed out of the little feeding container I had and jumped into the tank. It was swimming real fast from each side of the tank and at this point the dirt on it had washed off and I noticed it was green (and really slimy ). Both axolotls went nuts trying to chase it and eventually one of them caught it and ate it. I didn't even attempt to take the worm out because it was swimming that fast. Just wondering... What that worm was and if it could be harmful to the axolotl that ate it.
